Palm is a custom magazine for residents of the luxury condominiums by Hawaii developers The MacNaughton Group and Kobayashi Group — the first book of its kind in the state of Hawaii.

Published tri-annually, Palm explores the relaxed, world-class way of life at the residences, defined by anticipatory service, resort-like amenities, refined interiors, and Hawaii style and comfort. The attention to detail in the residences and the use of carefully selected materials are reflected in Palm, the first brand publication for the developers designed specifically for their clientele.

*If you have content crossing over the spine, the element that crosses over needs to be moved away from the spine 0.25 inches on each page so the crossover will align in the printed piece.

**NOTE: Perfect alignment of type or design across the gutter of two facing pages cannot be guaranteed.

A 0.5” white border will frame your full page ad to create the final trim. Do not include bleed or crop marks.

BILLING & EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT

An additional 2.5% discount is available to all advertisers who pay in advance of the publication date. Installment billing options are available.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

For non-traditional ad sizes, inserts, and other requests, please consult with your NMG representative.

Rates quoted do not include tax. Please add 4.712% Hawaii State General Excise Tax to all purchases.

GENERAL RATE POLICY

Regulations covering acceptance of advertising: Rates quoted are effective 03/01/2020 to 2/28/2021 and apply to 4-color advertising in Living, published on a tri-annual basis, three times a year. Ads will be billed on publication date with payment due within 30 days. We require written notice of cancellation of any advertising contract 30 days prior to the published space reservation deadline for the next scheduled issue. Rates eligible for an agency discount. Restrictions may apply.

For premium positions (i.e. Back Cover, Inside Front Cover, Inside Back Cover, and Center Spread) and Special Sections, we require 60 days written advance notice for any cancellation. Upon cancellation of contract, the advertiser may be required to remit frequency discounts on previously billed ads. All advertising is subject to Publisher’s approval and the Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising.
