Nella Media Group Announces PALM, a Custom Publication for the Residents of Luxury Developments by The MacNaughton Group and Kobayashi Group

Nella Media Group today announced that in November it will publish the inaugural issue of PALM, a custom magazine for residents of the luxury condominiums by Hawaii developers The MacNaughton Group and Kobayashi Group—the first book of its kind in the state of Hawaii. Published tri-annually, PALM will explore the relaxed, world-class way of life that is available at the residences, defined by anticipatory service, resort-like amenities, an intense pride of work, and Hawaii style and comfort. The introductory issue of the magazine will be hand-delivered to residents of One Ala Moana, Hokua, and Capitol Place, and mailed to those who have purchased residences in Park Lane, which is currently in development.

PALM will feature contemporary content, highlights, and stories related to on-site businesses, luxury fashion editorial, and Hawaii’s people, places, and lifestyle. The attention to detail seen in the residences and the use of refined and carefully selected materials will be reflected in PALM, the first brand publication for the developers and the first publication developed specifically for their clientele. To ensure that the vast majority of residents of The MacNaughton Group and Kobayashi Group’s luxury developments are able to enjoy the publication, it will be written in English and include Japanese translations and summary translations in Korean.

Alana Kobayashi Pakkala, EVP and Partner, Kobayashi Group stated, “We are excited to be a part of this new venture and are developing this publication in conjunction with NMG to continue to foster a sense of community within our developments." Emily Reber Porter, EVP of Operations and Strategy, The MacNaughton Group added, “Our residents are a diverse group with an appreciation for excellence. PALM will endeavor to showcase the very best of what Hawaii has to offer.”

“We are very excited to start this new, very specific style of luxury publication with The MacNaughton Group and Kobayashi Group,” said Jason Cutinella, NMG CEO.  “Our company has always strived for excellence in design while maintaining a relaxed, contemporary feel. We strive to provide this global audience with something in which they feel invested, they love and that they hold on to for a long time,” he continued.Ad positions in the initial issue of PALM will be available through September 2016.
