Nella Media Group today announced it was the recipient of two Maggie Awards, after being nominated for eight, at the publishing industry’s most prestigious event in the western U.S., held last weekend in Los Angeles by the Western Publishing Association. NMG was fresh off a big win from the American Advertising Federation District 13 awards ceremony in Honolulu, held on April 23, receiving a total of 19 awards including the show’s top honors of Best in Show – Design for Lei magazine.

NMG was awarded three Pele Gold Regional ADDY awards for its RESERVE in-room publication and Lei magazine—both of which went on to represent Hawaii’s publishing industry in the national American Advertising Awards, the world’s largest advertising competition—as well as 12 silver and three bronze Pele Awards. Lei has been selected as a finalist in the national competition to be held on June 7, in Anaheim.

“We are excited and humbled to have received this recognition from the leading publishing and design organizations in Hawaii and the western U.S.,” said Jason Cutinella, Nella Media Group CEO. “I am very proud of our team and thankful for each of our partners who continue to grow with our company.”
